As a Mechanical Production Trainee Engineer (GTE) from 10th July 2015 to 20th July 2016.

The product range of the company includes Flow-Meter installation, MS Pipe, Water Meter installation as well as leakage testing of water with addition of Mechanical Flow-Meter and Electromagnetic Flow Meter.

Job Responsibilities

Attending team meetings and presentations giving suggestions through brain storming.

Responsible for update of all MS Pipe records, Measurement Bill Record and maintain all documents as per guidelines given in standard.

Responsible for installation of Pipe, Strainer, Flanges as well as water leakage testing through Flow-Meter.

Parametric Optimization of Graphite Plate by WEDM ( Wire Electrical Discharge Machine )

The main objective of my projects is to calculate the Minimum Surface Roughness & Material Removal Rate (MRR) by using Taguchi method. Taking trial & error method I have selected four input parameter like pulse on, off time, current, wire tension. Hence result is less than 10% as compare analytically & experimentally proved. (Taguchi Method using in it.)
