DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Analyse survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects.

2. Direct supervision or participate in surveying to lay out installations and establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide construction. 3. Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications and structural repairs to industrial and managerial personnel. 4. Conduct studies of environmental conditions to identify engineering problems and assess the potential impact of projects.

5. Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.

6. Prepare bills of quantities for architectural, civil, electrical & mechanical works as per IFC

(issued for construction) drawings.

7. Arrange and coordinated by project team, discipline and project estimate reviews. 8. Review plan and specifications for any possible conflict with the other set of plan and specifications.

9. Review estimates to an appropriate level to support the review of contractor claims and change order request.

10. Analyze contractor claims with regards to installed quantities and scope. 11. Verify and check all total installed quantities for all disciplines including civil works, Structural works, Architectural works, Mechanical works, Electrical and Instrumentation through regular review of contractor works.

The site is located 100 km West of Riyadh City, KSA. The configuration of each combined cycle block will be 4 GTGs + 4 HRSGs + 1 STG + 1 ACC with a total of 2 Blocks with sales gas as primary fuel and Distillate and Arabian Super Light as secondary. PROJECT : RIYADH POWER PLANT NO. 10 – Combined Cycle Project PROJECT VALUE : SR 5.381 BILLION
