Used Value stream mapping to capture the way work is organized in receiving and storage department of Donaldson Co., Dixon, IL to visualize the process and based on that Current state map was drawn and the improvement using Kaizen burst was implemented in Future state map.

Used Visio for creating process map for Patient flow, Work flow, Information flow, Medication flow which explained the flow of primary processes within an organization of CTC.
