Shift In charge ( operation ), since sep. 2016 to till date on billet casting machine in SMS division.

(Formaly known as ISIBAR) played a vital roll in steel market of india from earlier time which have 2 strand 6/6 mtr single radius caster of ISPL make, 25 MT capacity AOD, LRF & electrotherm make induction furnace of 20 MT in SMS division.and ave a rolling mill to produce angle,channel, wire, flat,round.

Shift In charge ( operation & maintenance ), since May 2014 to Aug. 2016 on billet casting machine in SMS division.

Viraj Profiles Ltd. – MIDC Tarapur

Viraj profiles Ltd. is a well known name of stainless steel in world wide with their presence of final product series like wire, flanges,angle,channel,fastners etc. SMS division of Viraj profiles ltd. have two strand 6/11 mtr.,10.25/19 mtr radius billet caster and a three strand 8/15 mtr radius billet caster equipped with AMLC & EMS,make of concast india make.

DESIGNATION & DEPARTMENT :

Engineer ( operation & maintenance ), since dec. 2011 to April 2014 on billet casting machine in SMS division.

Graduate Engineer trainee, since Dec. 2010 to Dec. 2011 in billet casting machine of SMS division in viraj profiles Ltd.

JOB PROFILE

Perform all the executive activities for manpower,material & job work handling during shift for giving efficient work to organisation.

Conduct the co-ordination with relative department to reduce idle time of machine & optimise quality product.

Responsible for preventive, preductive & breakdown maintenance of continuous casting machine (CCM).

To implement the corrective and preventive action against any abnormality.

To keep the machine good and healthy condition.

Follow instruction by given department head (HOD). And educate the team members for Enhance the quality & optimize the production without loss & delay.

Inspect the billet/bloom quality & take corrective action against shape defects (rhomboidity, depression, bulging), surface defects & surface quality, internal defects.

To maintain the all process parameters according the grade & section size .

Maintain good house keeping as per 5-s & implement the TPM, To minimize the machine idle time & enhance the safety.

Prepare & handle the production reports & documentation work on SAP.

SYNOPSIS

A through professional experience of more than 07 years in continuous casting machine (operation & maintenance), stainless steel (200,300,400series), duplex steel, mild steel & Alloy steel.

Ensuring compliance to quality standards & maintaining all related documents.
