RCMS : This software is used to enter the details of the number where the wrong prepaid load was sent and here customer wants to get his prepaid load return if prepaid balance is available in wrong number. Here details are enter about a calling number, wrongly prepaid number where wrong prepaid load was sent, transaction id, amount how much it was sent, and the available amount that how much amount it is present now in a customer number where wrong prepaid load was sent.
Magic Screen : It is used to deduct amount in a customer number where wrong prepaid load was sent.
Fundamo : It is used to know all the record of the customer like his original name, address account balance ATM card number, Date of Birth, Transaction Id, Sender Id card number, Receiver Id card number.
SMAP : It is used to know the transaction of easy load that whether the prepaid easy load was successfully sent or not.
Tameer Bank : It is used to know the customer account balance in his bank account.
Tracker : It is used to know whether mobile sim is verify or not.
