Implementing a secure and stable Active directory environment, fixing current one, by ensuring that default password and other group policies are in place and enforced. Setup a new domain controller to reduce the risk of losing the only functional domain controller containing all forest and domain objects, users, computers and other resources. Design a disaster recovery plan for the entire windows server and active directory environment. Fix errors on the current active directory such as group policy, DFS and password lockout failure errors. Restructure all the organizations units to create a hierarchical structure and group users (currently all users and groups in one OU) into sectional departmental units such as finance, admin etc., move users and resources into newly created OU’s. for future growth and ease of administering security groups and policies and to deploy software and applications. Plan and implement the incorporation of the current active directory environment with the separate Active directory azure and office 365 cloud environments.

Duties: Responsible for uptime and 24/7 (standby duty required) availability of all Exchange related servers and applications (Including OWA, ActiveSync,S/MIME,Addressbook,Recipient policies).

Performing extensive and in depth maintenance tasks on exchange databases such as defragmentation and in disaster recovery situation repair, integrity check as well as rebuilding databases by replaying log files into the database.
