Field & customer service for MEP. Conflict resolution and negotiations to resolve disagreements quickly and effectively

Generate bill of materials with standard lead time

Facilitate weekly Safety Training

Secondary responsibilities include:

Daily communication with Domestic and International sales teams reviewing inquiry documents to ensure compliance with or clarified exceptions to customer bid requests & specification requirements.

Attend meetings with senior management and customers to clarify bidding issues; as required.

Daily communication with design/engineering, project management, client engineers providing communication and bid clarifications to the estimating team to aid in customer proposal generation

Facilitating final estimate review sessions with management; as required.

Review and approve final issued for construction drawings

Facilitate monthly industry training for design/engineering, estimating, project management, and sales teams.

Attend trade shows with sales team

Accurate understanding of accepted industry practices, materials and techniques, knowledge of common and general code requirements include; IMC, NEC, NFPA 496, API, ASME, ADA, SMACNA, RP-752, RP-753
