At North America Data Centers and Global network services, we supported all corporate, e-commerce, and venue voice and data network technologies for all four of Live Nation's primary divisions: Concerts, Ticketing, Sponsorship/Advertising, and Artist Nation.

As program manager and SME for IT infrastructure & Cloud Migration projects, a member of the technical Leadership team, I was responsible for overall management of all class type projects throughout its lifecycle, including multiple global business units, initiation, planning, budgeting, organizing, scheduling, and tracking for small to large projects, with limited or no supervisory.

As Manager of North America Data Centers Operation, I managed 4 x N+, 24/7/365 mission critical data center’s operation, remotely supervised a staff of 12, all infrastructure related projects, budget forecasting, Capex, Opex, purchasing, vendor & client relationship, capacity, power and space planning, hardware upgrades, installation, logistics, Import &, Export compliance, offsite tape management, change control, inventory ( In-Production, onsite and offsite inventory), RMA, data center security, PCI & Sox compliance and documentation. Developed & managed coordination of critical disaster recovery procedures directly impacting the stability of DCOps. And was responsible for data center networks, routing, switching, firewalls and site to site connectivity. Some server and network hardware included Sun, IBM, HP, Dell, and Cisco routers/switches, Foundry, Netapp and Teradata

As Operations Logistics Manager, I gathered &validated business objective, requirements, interdependencies & potential risks, in collaboration with Finance department developed fixed asset management process for EOL hardware. Took initiative and implemented Asset Management System for 4 globally located data centers and barcoded 25,000 hardware, resulted in 95% reduction of incidents & mistakes caused by human errors and 25% reduction in labor cost.

In collaboration with Product &Technical leaders planned, created charters & P.O.V (Proof of Values).

Designed & created dashboard in Jira & Confluence for both Global Networking and Data Center’s & multiple reports to measure and meet key operational metrics for Epics, Incidents, Issues, Projects, resources, cost & Capacity planning, Time to First Respond, Time to Resolution to ensure meeting the business unit’s SLA (Service Level Agreement) which improved managing 3500 ticket queue and resolving business issues by 75% & all service incidents & requests were resolved promptly.
