I Build Rack Cabinet required 16 bay HP C7000 Blade Chassis with c460 gen8 blade, 6500 blades SL230/210 Rack Arista switches, MTP/MM/CL/CL fiber optic cable, SFP+, QSFP, SL/SR, Cat 6, power strings, C13-C14-C19-C20 power cable, 208-240 3Q with L1, L2, L3 vertical PDU, USB wireless access connected to PDU 4527-37, 4927 and UJ11 sensor behind the Lab validated systems:

1. Base on the customer layout of the rack tower Server build requirement, I cleared out accessories inside the Standard Dimensional Enclosure Empty Cabinet.

2. Depend on the number of Blade Chases and switches by each Rack; first I installed the rail kit, insert empty Blade Chases, Insert blades and switch or Cyclades.

3. Installed Arista or cisco switches, installed and manage the connectivity of labeled cable, fiber f/0. cat6, power cable

4. Connected the PNL L2, 26, 28, 30 power source Cable to the main electrical out let to power up the system.

5. I ensured that every system connection link and no Amber light and if there is proceed troubleshoot the hardware by full out from the chases.

6. Installed company host name sticker taped, asset tag per each blades switches chassis server and rack locate, scanned all the asset, serial number and Mac address in record.

7. Start Burn in test the system for 24 hours. Save the screen shot of the pass burn in test.

8. Manage the RAID utility, manage the System BIOS input asset tag into the BIOS.

9. Labeled cable/power cord, manage hands on cabling to make sure and double check the specific cable connectivity link after all initiate.

10. Disconnect the PNL L2, 26, 28, 30 power cord from the main electrical out let.

11. I ensured the Rack is clean neat, no mess, no tie rap scattered, close all door panel, and move the Rack going to the Logistic Department for ship out to end Data Center customer location.

12. The next day preferred a flight scheduled for rack installation site Data Center remain in Data Center site until the job’s done.
