MEE Construction (Previously Middle East Engineer) – Houston, TX

Managed Over 46 projects with up to 9 projects per one program with over $150M for the largest program with multi-industry experience summarized as follows:

15 Years Experience managing Design-Build projects for DOD and Federal Government.

8 Years Experience Managing EPC projects and Procurement in Oil & Gas field.

8 Years Experience managing industrial and municipal projects.

3 years experience working as site engineer and managing multi family projects including high raise and villa complexes.

Within the above fields, my roles and responsibilities were:

Performed business development duties, Established Several Affiliated Businesses in Several Countries to assist the operation of the Group.

Prepared and submitted Daily Quality Assurance Reports to the Resident Engineer.

Abu Ghazala Contracting – Beirut, Lebanon

Supervised the civil and structural work for a G+11 Al Noor Residential Building.

Assisted the Project Manager to obtain documents, clearances, certificates and approvals from local authorities. Reviewed Civil, Structural, MEP drawings and assured construction is performed in accordance with the approved plans.

Provided technical solutions to the Construction Manager to resolve construction technical conflicts.

Attended meetings with the Consultant and assisted in addressing technical issues and proposed solutions which made a recognizable thump on the performance schedule.

Updated the progress schedule weekly and assisted in updated the progress cost and the budget to complete.

Assigned as a construction site engineer for development of roads and utilities in Riyadh Al Sulh Area in Beirut. my duties were:

day today supervision for the site works for construction of the Sewer and water networks, sidewalks, roads in downtown.

supervised the subcontractors and created daily activities according to the schedule and assigned budget.

Assured that technical specs are met for the construction activities and quality control is performed as planned.

Prepared the biweekly and weekly materials requisitions and made sure all resources are met according to the project planning for the activities supervised.
