Extensive knowledge of scaffolding estimation and design, knowledge about all type of scaffolding used in industrial & commercial works. Complete knowledge about the safety of scaffolding works & scaffold workers. Deep working knowledge of oil and gas scaffolding related HSE regulatory requirement and standards including HSE policies, processes, issues and legislation. Experience in scaffolding material management and scaffolding inspection & controlled records, sound knowledge on the use of the MS office, Excel and power point. Have good team playing skill.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for safe erection, modification and dismantling of Independent Tied & Suspended scaffolds, Cantilever Types, Fixed scaffold towers & mobile scaffold towers, Including Normal Access, Special & Designed scaffolds and also Advance, Intermediate & Basic scaffolds at site.

Raise permit for scaffolding works.

Plans and supervises the daily of scaffolding activities and prepare daily progress report.

To ensure all scaffold material are good condition and free from defects. Regular inspections of scaffolds and prepare registers

Ensure training of scaffolders is ensured.

Assist Site In charge in planning and scheduling works.

Conduct Daily tool box talk with scaffolders.

Conduct routine inspections at job site.

Ensure all scaffolder comply with work at height protocols and maintain 100% tie off at height.

To ensure that all site activities are performed in environmentally safe and responsible manner.

To conduct weekly HSE assessments and safety walk through, as well as safe and unsafe auditing.

Explain to the work force emergency response procedures, safety shelter, assembly point, emergency alarm code, safety shower and break glass location.

To Co-ordinate with execution department for scaffolding requirements during the construction & commissioning phase.

Train scaffolders in construction methods, operation of equipment, safety procedures
