Work with maintenance entering work orders and scheduling preventive maintenance on equipment. Work closely with CS to make sure we meet required shipment dates. Do accident investigation along side of EHS manager. Also have experience with 5S. And have taken OSHA classes. Along with being involved in AIB (America institute of Baking) preparations and Audits. I have been in charge of our department safety team and have made some beneficial safety changes in the department. Have maintained a steady increase of product during my 10 years as a supervisor for the Bemis company. Have formed excellent working relationship with the Operators on my shift and have furthered my communication skills by simply being in this position and attending seminars on assertive communication.
