RFI and change order creating and implementation. All concrete related orders and take off. Quality Control of all structural concrete aspects of the project. Implementation of contract drawings and contract specifications. Field coordination with concrete crews. Process invoicing and pay applications.

Primary Responsibilities to write RFI’s, Construction Deficiency Reports, and Contractor Deviation Dispositions. Later implement these responses to the field and maintain proper documentation. Responsible for quality control of reinforcing steel cages, inspecting welding procedures, pre concrete pour inspections, post concrete pour inspections and quality control. Also perform post tensioning and grouting quality control. Develop work methods/submittals for such works. Assure work done is in strict accordance to contract specifications and standards. Keep document control for all quality control. Create construction deficiency reports as well as quality control reports and spreadsheets. Assemble and maintain redline/asbuilt drawings for project. Later duties included quality control/structural integrity of all precast concrete segments for aerial portion of the Dulles Project. Was the face between owner, general contractor and sub contractor for my respective company for all phases of project.

Project: Arlington County Waste Water Treatment Plant. Estimated project cost: $134,000,000.
Performed take offs and cost estimating and was in charge of all survey layout. For example pipe, h-pile, auger cast pile, building locations and all concrete work. Also providing asbuilts on all finished foundations, structures, and piping. Also performed settlement monitoring. Other duties included identifying and processing submittals, creating RFI’s and RFA’s. Coordination with subcontractors and vendors. Material take off and release. Cost estimates and scheduling assignments. Later in charge of concrete construction and quality control.
