Devadula Lift Irrigation Scheme: The total scheme consists of tunnel length of 77Km.

Package-II& III: Consists of approach channel, tunnel, pump house, surge pool, delivery mains.

The tunnel excavation is planned by using drilling and blasting method. The tunnel is being drilled by using drill jumbos. Orica Bulk loading of explosives is being used for blasting. The blasted muck is removed by using 14cu.m TATA2523 vehicles and with EX-200 excavator.

Responsibilities:

Maintenance of crusher plant (jaw crusher, cone crusher, VSI, vibrating screens, feeders and all types of conveyors etc

Maintenance of all models of Drilling machinery, Tata Tippers, Wheel Loader, Hydra, D.G (380KV), Excavators, JCB etc.

Coordinating with supplier companies with Nawa engineers, Puzzolana, Voltas (Terex crusher), JCB, Liugong Tata,L&t komatsu, Cat engines for spares and warranties etc.

Preparing of daily and monthly consumption of diesel, lubricants, drilling and machinery spares reports.

Maintaining stock of spare parts and coordinating with higher officials.

Handling of local and employee’s problem

Managing with sub-contractors and preparation and checking of their monthly bills and arranging payments.
