Develop scientific hypothesis related to ongoing work in the laboratory, and design experiments to test hypothesis

Breed and maintain animals, collect tissue and fluid samples of animals.

Perform western blotting, qPCR experiments, nucleofection, isolate DNA and RNA, transfection.
