Proxy Mobile IPv6 (PMIPv6) is a L3 protocol on S2b interface of ePDG. PMIPv6 doesn’t want mobile node to be part of communication in the network instead it has MAG which does proxy for mobile node and thereby supporting mobility.

Planned and implemented protocol stack by writing, reviewing and integrating the code base for PMIP in Roaming, Non Roaming and Local Break Out structure for Untrusted Non 3GPP IP Access.

Have been instrumental in development of logical as well as technical specifications.
