Successfully managed 200+ pieces of art requiring crucial tracking into two separate business segments for one of the nation’s largest insulin providers.

Responsible for: artwork release, multimillion dollar print production and budget control, vendor contract and payment, troubleshooting and copy editing which resulted in superior quality for national and international clients.

Trained and managed staff in production specs and provided expertise for all aspects of projects throughout the agency and marketing groups including: print, displays, large format, signage, merchandising, packaging, proofing and design collaboration.

Analyzed dielines and CAD drawings along with building miniature renditions of displays, both in print and trade shows, for accuracy.

Successfully managed relations between account and creative teams as well as the agency and client executives through project management and production deliveries.
