Project: Implementation and Production Support (July 2016 to Till Date)

Role: SAP ABAP Developer/ Consultant

Responsibility: Offshore ABAP developer and a technical consultant to the functional team in understanding the feasibility of the requirement to prepare the SOW with client as well as impact of business requirements on various modules/processes. And as PMO member - Creating the performance reports for internal monitoring and efficiency maintenance purpose. Monitoring the Monthly billing file for SAP unit of the project

Implementation-Rollout 1: Material code expansion

Assessment and modification of all objects where material code field is involved through any means, communication to non-SAP systems and all impacted interfaces through inbound and outbound Idocs.

Assistance to Functional teams to understand the program flow and prepare test data. Root cause analysis of issues from testing which requires Program debugging.

Implementation-Rollout 2: Customized Special purpose ledger

Customization of existing SAP transactions as per client requirements and preparing ALV report from scratch.

Worked on exits to support FI functionalities (Special purpose ledger and balance sheet and P&L sheets) as per client’s requirement.

For Support:

Tracking, updating and closing of tickets related to SAP ABAP in HPSC tool.

Worked on Problem tickets to find out the root cause of the issue and also on change requests.

Responsibilities:

Support to the issues in SPANISH language, using the translators. Primary support for SAP ABAP and workflow related issues/tickets on BMC Remedy tool.

And as PMO member -Created all the status reports as part of daily, monthly, yearly activities for clients and internal purpose in Excel.

Worked on automation of report creation using VBA in excel and Infosys Automation Program (IAP – Modified Python)
