• I trained in Nour AlIslam pharmacy before graduation (next to the general hospital in Belbeis).

• I worked as a Director of Al-Rahma hospital pharmacy (8-2007/12-2012).

• Now, I’m working as a pharmacist in-charge in Mohammed bin Naif medical Center (M.O.I Border Guards- KSA) (20 April/2013- until now).

My duties at the previous jobs were include many tasks like;

• Check all prescriptions / doctors’ orders.

• Monitor for drug interactions with (food, drug and/or diseases), duplication of therapy, allergies, dosing and incompatibilities ... etc.

• Review appropriateness of therapy to the patient.

• Acts as a drug information resource for physicians, nurses and other health care professionals.

• Calculate and confirm dosage calculations (spicific pediatric dose).

• Supervise and instruct the technicians to removes and replace expired medicine.

• Stock maintenance and make orders regularly.

• Follow the last updates from scientific journal and sites.

• Orientation and training of a pharmacy technicians.

• Guide the doctor about the best choice for treatment plan and health of the patient such as therapeutic alternates and drug information.

• Listening to the patient and advise him about his medication and the best way to gain its benefit and avoided its side effects.

• Ability to make critical decisions and respond quickly to emergent situations.

• Continuous reading and update my information from many sources; scientific journal, books and lecture.
