Senior Principal Technical Services

Currently working as a Technical Project Manager in Manhattan Associates, I’m the point of contact for all technical clarifications from clients. My role involves presenting the technical aspects of Manhattan WMOS, driving hardware and infrastructure sizing discussions, architecture design of application systems, technical design of the customer process flow, development of extensions, managing and technical guidance to offshore development team, issues resolution and implementation of business solutions for Warehouse Management systems for several retail giants.

During my tenure at Manhattan, I led the delivery, from a technical standpoint, for several retailers such as GAP Inc, Lilly Pulitzer, Starbucks, Grainger, Mercury Marine, Jcrew, Target.

I have client facing experiences and dealt with multiple production implementation challenges. Exhibited strong collaboration skills while communicating client, onsite testing, functional consulting and offshore development teams.

Worked with aggressive timelines and delivering high quality software solutions. I was also part of couple of initiatives such volume testing, automation testing, Docker deployment for my customers.
