Reporting to the Operations Superintendent, I have had responsibility for 2nd shift operations preparing mid body assemblies for delivery to final assembly in both N. Charleston and Everett as well as my current role in the major structural joins area.

In my current assignment; I have full accountability for fabrication, assembly and delivery of the Buffalo combat vehicle.

Reporting to the General Manager, my responsibility encompassed two production facilities with 7 direct reports and approximately 250 production employees. Primary tasks included the incorporation of lean manufacturing approaches into the machine shop and assembly operations along with establishing formal reporting and measurement systems.

Total P&L responsibility for the profitable machining / assembly and shipment of hydraulic tools to distributors and customers nationally and internationally. As plant manager, I reported to a product group president and was responsible for 12 direct reports and approximately 325 production and support employees.
Successful Demand Flow Technology implementation spanning both the assembly (one piece flow) and machine shop (Kanban) areas.
