Privatization of Butterworth Outer Ring Road Project ( 10 miles = $150 million)

Responsibility and duty includes liaising with client, local authorities, monitor

& update work progress, engage in procurement and management of field site

office, planning and coordinating construction activities with subcontractors and

consultants, conduct weekly and monthly progress meeting. Resolved all site matters to prevent delay and cost overrun.

01/1995 to 11/2000 Assistant Resident Engineer

Zaidun-Leeng Sdn Bhd – Butterworth, Malaysia

Construction and completion of Butterworh – Kulim Expressway project.

($10 million)

Responsible in coordinating, supervising and inspecting all relevant utilities installation work, earthwork, roadwork, construction of pedestrian bridge overhead crossing and storm drain tidal gate structures.

Responsible in coordinating, supervising and inspecting all relevant works carry out by contractors such as structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical works for the construction of the North – South Highway Toll Plazas and its Expressway. ($60 million)

Also responsible in coordinating and inspecting all relevant drainage works such as box culvert, pipe culvert, storm drain, water gates and many other drainage systems.
