BlueFire Lancaster, an ethanol demonstration plant at a site in Lancaster, California. This facility will incorporate BlueFire’s proprietary and patented technology for conversion of cellulosic waste materials to ethanol. I worked in the layout plan of the plan and part of the civil design and structural frames for equipment supports.

Civil /Structural/ Piping
Utilized Intergraph PDS to create 3D design models of industrial facilities in the petrochemical processing plants. Used Frameworks to model miscellaneous steel items ranging from chemical process structures to refining facilities, chemical process, containment systems, monorails, pipe racks, concrete foundations and elevated slabs that support vessels, and equipment; mechanical, electrical and piping.
Designing and preparing finished construction drawings, working from engineers’ sketches and existing AutoCAD dwgs.

Coker Modification Project at the Golden Eagle Refinery in Martinez California. I worked in the design of the north and south stair structures and several levels of the Coker unit, including the containment area along many interconnecting pipe ways and pipe support foundations through out the plant.
