Maintenance of construction project records
Interface with the Resident Engineer and Senior inspection staff on various facets of the project including contract change orders, item payments, material testing.
Attend Project meetings
Assist with preparation of meeting reports
Preparation of monthly progress reports and maintain project logs
Perform review of daily inspection reports and quantity computations
Include Site inspection.
Establish an invoicing procedure and supervise its proper application.
Prepare the contractual foreseen reports as well as the internal reports as per the company's standing orders.
Ensure the availability at all times of a valid pre-measurement of all Works.
Ensure proper control of Subcontractors invoices.
Ensure the establishment of all necessary procedures, resources, software, control tools relevant to Technical Office task.
1.Fire Alarm System
Maintain all the sensors and main control panel of the BBC F.A.S
Daily check if there is fault and if the power supply is regulated in required voltage
2.Audio Visual System
Weekly Daktroniks Scoreboard function test
Monthly overall preventive maintenance of the Scoreboard
Changing of modules if there is any malfunction
100% running capability of all TV connected to receiver and splitter during game events
100% running of sound System during game events.
Conversion of formats that is to be feed to the scoreboard
Giving action to all request regarding AVS
Act as a sound engineer during events
3. Satellite dish
Configuration of satellite dish
100% Receiving clear and no disturbance of all signal
4. Communication system
Connection, Maintenance &Troubleshooting of Telephone Systems.
Telephones including PABX, fax, telephone extensions and hotlines.
5. Cabling installation & design
Laying out of new satellite dish cables as needed
Laying out of new telephone lines as per order
