Integrated company’s ecommerce site with point of sale systems at more than 1800 stores, with real time inventory updates paving the way for first of its kind buy online ship to store experience for the customers.

Launched five multi-million dollar projects that integrated online sales with the point of sale at the brick and mortar stores, improving product availability for the organization’s customers and investor’s value.

Tractor Supply Company/ TractorSupply.com ò Nashville, TN ò 2006– 2010

Manager, E-Commerce & Web Development

Launched the company’s first E-Commerce site integrating with over 1200 stores across the country, using WebSphere Commerce for Tractor Supply Company, is a major farm and ranch retailer in the USA with more than 900 stores across the country. Successfully managed and delivered company’s inventory management system and company’s intranet, utilized by over 10K concurrent employees from all the stores. Led a team of more than 18 developers, application architects, business analysts and project managers on-site, off-site and offshore to launch the company’s first custom-built and in-house architected integrated inventory management system.
