Roles & Responsibilities
Work closely with sales team; collect their business requirements and convert those requirements into technical requirements and specifications.
Create and maintain services and solutions opportunities, plans and contribute towards account planning with the sales team.
Understand customer needs and align these needs with Ericsson’s Services & Solution portfolio.
Play a key role in the bid/no bid process ensuring bids are commercially viable & fit with strategy and provide expertise around risk management and mitigation.
Prepare services & solution proposals based on customer requirements. Prepare technical proposals; respond to tenders, RFPs, RFI, etc.
Liaise and collaborate with Consultants, Business Intelligence & Engineering to map business requirements to technical strategy. Identify solutions to manage vendors and suppliers.
