Test Analyst

Liberty mutual Insurance Groups is the leading Insurance Firm based on US which provides Home, Property, and Automobile Insurance services to their customers. Automation Test Planning team that focused on automating the Personal insurance products such as Auto, Home and Umbrella Insurance policies. ATLAS, URDB and HP ALM tools were used to create of Automated Test Plans. The scope of the QA testing was to create automated test plans to cover the all the functional aspects of each product, identify the required enhancements and other script issues, complete the test execution and continue the regression.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Analyzed business requirements and updated test cases as required.

Extensively worked with different phases of SDLC involving preparation of user manual scripts, creating new test scenarios and requirement analysis and conducting E2E and UAT testing.

ORT Manager

ORT is the testing activity carried out by Operational Users to ensure the product that is going to be launched is ready for use by the end users (i.e. acceptable for Sale & Use). This is the last phase of testing which will be carried out in the LIVE environment. The objective of ORT is to test whether the product is operational from an end user perspective and ready for sale and use. Usability, Process and System testing were carried during ORT, in production environment before launch.
