Working as Panel Engineer in Ammonia Plant (444X3) TPD, ICI UK technology fully revamped by Casale DCS controlled plant of Yokogava Centum VP version.

Taking charge of field supervision with constant survey rounds of plant area for ensuring proper working

To command field technicians / lead them to do the required work in allotted time span effectively.

Filing and maintaining shift logs, job lists, daily production reports etc.

Safe and efficient handling of pumps, compressors, distillation columns, strippers, absorption columns.

Has been effective team member in plant starups and shutdown procedures. Involved in 4-5 startups in span of one year.

Successfully unloaded / loaded catalyst in Mini LT shift under my supervision.
