Consilio Inc. Jan 2017 – Current

SVP of Software and Engineering

Provide Executive leadership for Product Development in the eDiscovery Space for Document Review. Manage ERP solutions and corporate systems at Consilio. Have been instrumental in adding over 6–8 M in EBITDA with the new Billing solution and over 25% in operational efficiencies in Project Management. Have consolidated quite a few systems stemming from M & A activities of 2015 and 2016 thus improving the teams SLA on overall uptime.

The highlights include:

EDiscovery Review software release of Sightline Titanium.

Release of CASE a fully integrated billing solution that hugely contributed to the 6 – 8 M EBITDA increase.

Re-negotiated our contract with Nuix reducing our license costs by over 2.5M annually.

Implemented huge process and reporting changes improving the overall software delivery throughput by 25% or greater as well as visibility on the key metrics to the Exec team.

Made some long required organizational changes that has improved the overall morale and culture of the software engineering team.

Have put service and availability in the forefront and have had great reviews across the organization with multiple accolades from the CEO and CTO.

Megapath Cloud Company, LLC May 2006 – Dec 2016

VP of Information Systems

Provides executive leadership to develop enterprise solutions for Megapath. Helped the company grow from $30M in revenue to $500M through organic growth and M & A activities. Also been involved in two divestures last year to focus on the cloud segment of the market.

The highlights during this tenure include:

Moved the Infrastructure to the Cloud thus increasing reliability and achieving 99.999% availability. High Availability and Disaster Recovery including geo redundancy was also achieved.

Integrated systems into a single platform during eight acquisitions, on time and under budget thus reducing cost of ownership by 30 – 45% each time.

Transformed the organization from a waterfall model to agile framework with monthly releases, gaining management and business adoption.

Improved quality of the releases (reduced bugs, pre and post release) by increasing demos to users and facilitating more user participation.

Increased productivity by over 20% by measuring and tracking performance metric.

Worked closely and innovate with the Product team to ensure the software build was in lock step with the product direction and vison and provide value to the customers.

Epoch Internet Dec 1997 - May 2006

Director of IT

Managed all internal systems from Quotes to Cash, including enterprise software like Siebel CRM & Sales, Oracle Financials (A/P, GL, PO, and Inventory), and billing / revenue assurance systems. Designed and developed the intranet, provisioning workflow, and trouble management systems.

Implemented a fully integrated E-commerce solution for no-touch services provided by the company, including auto-provisioning and monitoring of these services, while simultaneously directing the development of our corporate and Extra-net web-sites with inputs on branding.

Had responsibility for the entire software development organization and provided inputs on value-added solutions that could be monetized and packaged together, resulting in churn reduction from over 2.5% to under 1.7%

Envisioned and built a cost assurance system that provided a comprehensive view of all network costs and helped validate or dispute charges of our vendors. We saved the company over 12% of the cost the first year it was implemented and were able to successfully receive credits on over 80% of the disputes.

IT Consulting Feb 1992 - Dec 1997

Consultant / Analyst

Provided consulting services in the technology space to Orange County Superior Courts on document imaging and docket management. This resulted in enabling real-time access to court documents. Optimized World Vision International’s (a nonprofit organization) systems, decreasing computer systems overheads by more than 30%.

Has also contributed to the architecture, design, and development of various software tools at Unisys Corp. in southern California and Informix Inc. at Menlo Park.

Tata Motors Pune India Feb 1989 - Feb 1992

Senior Programmer Analyst

Developed a Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tool sold under the brand name of Turbo Analyst by Tata Motors. This was used in building and migrating software to a Client Server environment from Mainframes. The tool reduced the time of conversation by over 75% especially when there were screens and UI components involved.
