Extensive Experience
Chief Engineer Arcadia Beverages October 2016 – October 2017
I was oversight for all projects of the entire plant. I have been involved in numerous minor and major projects in the plant; many of which were executed according to budget guidelines and schedule adherence. During execution, I follow all safety precautions and procedures that apply to obtain a 100% completion rate. I was also responsible for management of 15 maintenance / contractors daily, department budget, and plant inventory to ensure a smooth operation of all plant machinery.
Site Manager KHS USA Inc October 2013 – October 2016
I was oversight for the install of packaging lines. I maintained installation schedules, managed vendors onsite, while adhering to the budget. I have extensive use and experience of install based Autocad prints. I frequently solved issues through troubleshooting using blueprints and electrical schematics. On multiple jobsites, I trained onsite staff members on how to implement a maintenance program. I used my expertise to ensure that all machinery was operating at maximum efficiency.
Field Service Technician Krones INC April 2007 – October 2013
I was responsible for building, installing, and maintaining labeling machines. It was critical to use proper procedures, tooling, blueprints, and electrical schematics to ensure all machinery was dialed in to perfection. On numerous projects I was in charge of full and total wiring installs on machinery as this is a critical task for proper operation. It was my duty and obligation to complete projects safely according to procedure and schedule in order to provide the customer with total satisfaction in knowing that their equipment was at peak condition and running at optimal efficiency rates in order to maximize their profits, which in turn grew business for future projects at Krones Inc.
Production Supervisor Western Container August 2002 – April 2007
I worked my way up from palletizer operator, blow mold tech, and injection molding tech, to Production Supervisor during my time with Western Container. I ensured that production goals were met during the shift. Also managed any changes to the production schedule due to customer needs. I was responsible for 15 to 20 operators during the shift. I ensured that employees that were under me met or exceeded their work growth goals.
