Project Title #1
ING Model Bank
Location

April 2017 – November 2017
Description
Scrum master (75%) and Web developer (25%) for ING Model Bank application- a unified banking application planned to replace ING bank applications across different countries in Europe.
Role
Worked with a team of 8 members. As we started a prototype for Czech, I coordinated with Czech and Spanish ING clients to bring out the right perception of the bank product. Also worked with the team to get proactive designs to mitigate time dependency in getting the final prototypes. Dealt with developers coming from multiple vendors in the project and created a peaceful/energetic environment for the team.

Supply Chain Portal & Common Kiosk

Description
Scrum master (80%) and Web developer (20%) for Common kiosk application used by passengers worldwide for services like Checkin. Worked across 3 highly active agile teams.
Role
Worked as a scrum master across 3 teams (around 30 people). As it is a huge team for scrum, I had to innovate and split the teams based on product functionality. Though we were short of Air France clients as product owner, we managed the team by getting the expectations clear and involved the overall product owner as frequent as possible. Even though there we some hiccups in the beginning, the team has become matured in scrum and in stakeholder communication.
