Title: Remote Monitoring And Desktop Access Using Java RMI Team size: 4 This project is used to not only capture the remote systems and also controls and change the configurations of the remote systems. Server can perform actions like view the application run by clients, hardware details, restart and also shutdown the client’s computer. Administrator can only monitor the remote systems that are connected in network (wired based). Tools Used: JAVA JDK 1.7.0

Title: Session Hijacking Prevention Team size: 3

The session hijacking attack compromises the session token by stealing or predicting a valid session token to gain unauthorized access to the web server. In this paper we describe about the cookie based attack prevention method and MAC address validation. Normal method of cookie will allow the attacker to perform session hijacking. To prevent this type of attack we use the magic cookie, this cookie will be changing frequently so that attacker will not be guess session details. By encrypting the cookie with MAC address, so that attacker cannot do any type of session hijacking.
