Worked closely with team of network engineers to maintain device enterprise network, including Call Centers, Admin sites, and Wire-Line sites, 4000+ Enterprise Network.

Worked with telecommunications vendors and inside support groups to ensure highest level of voice network accessibility to all sites. Laid out new network designs for WANs/LANs. Recommended and purchased equipment to support communications needs. Used tools, such as SolarWinds, Sniffer Pro, and DSS, to troubleshoot, baseline, and maintain WANs/LANs. Supervised and guided inside groups for firewall protection of Internet connectivity, maintaining proxy servers.

Managed project to convert from traditional PBX to Cisco Unified Call Manager, allowing for cost savings for each site. Implemented SolarWinds network monitor as replacement for HP OpenView, for cost savings of $20,000 annually. Directed conversion from WAN bridges to Cisco routers, a global project encompassing 35 sites; completed in two months. Managed project to convert performance plastics from Frame Relay to MPLS data services, with zero disruptions to end-users or business functions. Designed dual access system for sites with high data activity, allowing for splitting of mission-critical and non-mission-critical traffic; allowed users to access critical data in expedited time-frame.
