Construction of Building, bridge and road / Highway projects and infrastructure projects in .and Saudi Arabia (KSA) and pakistan

• Experience in the construction of highway pavement components such as, Asphalt concrete wearing and base courses (Plant mix), Water Bound Macadam, Aggregate Base course, and surface treatments.

• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and or the client;

Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work;

Assist in establishing a clients requirements and undertake feasibility studies;

Perform risk, value management and cost control;

Advise on a procurement strategy;

• Carry out material quantity take-off from the design and shop drawings.

• Significant knowledge of AASHTO Specification and (MOT)& (AMMANA) Riyadh Saudi Arabia
