Software Developer: Managed all the business-critical IT systems and provided support for nearly 30 counties in jail information systems.
Concept to Production Analytics: Responsible for the conceptualization, design, and implementation of Incentive Management reports across multiple users of Blackcreek customers (Crystal Reports via Visual Studios VB.net).
Ad-hoc Reporting Solutions: Create and maintain ad-hoc reporting solutions in company’s main software that exceed the functional capabilities of Crystal Reports.
