Summary

I have 20 years of experience with Windows installation including desktop support. I have been customer facing in many environments, from high end offices to production facilities. I have supported Windows 3.5 through Windows 10. I have also installed and configured Windows server 2000 through Server 2012. Office 2003 through Office 365 support is also available. Experience using Remedy and Track-IT ticketing software to document customer issues and resolutions. I have installed and configured HP and Dell servers in mass quantity. Altiris and Ghost imaging software were used to place software on these units. I have experience installing networks utilizing Copper cables, Fiber cables, and wireless solutions using Cisco, Aruba, and Bay Networks hardware. SAN solutions utilizing Fiber Channel and iSCSI solutions. Migration of users from Windows XP to Windows 7 to support migration from Lotus Notes to Office 365. I have also used SCCM to image equipment and push updates over the last 5 years. During my tenure at Goodyear we also deployed Surface Pro 3 devices for use by the Area Managers and Maintenance Manager.

As the lead, I provided support for Microsoft employees and other vendors while on site at the data center. This position required the ability to communicate with multiple levels of management and support their needs and requests. Decisions regarding access to network services, special requests from vendors for support, and requests for information regarding IT equipment upgrades for employees were sent to my desk for action. In addition to this activity, I provided support to Microsoft in their data center environment to include Cisco, Juniper and F5 routers and switches. The XATS system allowed for part location and inventory tracking in real time as the systems was integrated into the picking and shipping process.
