Provides Technical Assistance for Australian telecommunication that supports copper telephone service for residential and business customers, replacing telephone equipment under the rental service, ensuring that their landline phones are working properly and their phones can make outgoing calls and receive incoming calls as well as making sure all of their calling features are activated on their account.

Provides technical Support assistance for American telecommunication that supports Landline service (such as telephone has no dial tone cannot make outgoing and cannot receive incoming calls, Voicemail not working calling features like call waiting call forwarding etc. Internet Service (cannot connect, slow connection, intermittent connection, resetting email account login, etc and Cable service (channels are not available, lost signal from the cable box etc.
