WORK EXPERIENCE

Role: Production Assembler Company: Kaiam Corporation, Newark CA Duration: June 2015 to January 2018

Responsibilities:

Prepare and perform transceiver for temperature chamber test using TestEquity Model

Well-versed familiar with Power Meters, Multi-meter, Micro-scopes like Leica S6E.

Familiar with TestEquity 3000 series temperature chamber operating instructions and F4T touch screen controller.

Perform short test, Link test, Packout test and Temperature cycle test on transceivers.

Unsolder flex cables and dismantle modules for transceiver rework.

Perform soldering flex cables into transceiver modules and Printed Circuit Boards.

Install and inspect the pull tabs to transceiver accordingly to product categories.

Knowledgeable of inspecting and cleaning fiber and fiber connectors.

Maintain and clean all cleanroom equipment according to recommended standards.

Perform quality control test on transceivers and directly reports any abnormal result to supervisor and engineer for immediate troubleshooting.

In-charge of daily data entry for 40/100G transceiver for weekly inventory.

Complete initial formalities of labeling, bagging, sealing and boxing prior to final shipment process.

Provided technical support and assistance to other company technical team as required.
