As the consultant, I was involved in the projects and trainings of Vectors Group.

It was a good experience to learn non-profit organisations, especially community resource centres in Ottawa, ON.

2014-2016: NATO Joint Force Command Naples - Communications and Information Systems (CIS) Division, Naples/Italy, Title: Management Branch Head

As the Management Branch Head, I was in charge of providing CIS services for the headquarters and the deployed headquarters in the battle field for exercises

I managed a budget of $6M and collaborated with NCIA (NATO Communications and Information Agency) through a yearly Service Level Agreement

In coordination with NCISG (NATO Communication and Information Systems Group) provided CIS support to the deployed headquarters in the battle field for exercises.

I led several CIS projects (IT Modernization, multi-functional printers, and renovating video walls) for the headquarters.

I led the crypto operations and maintenance for the headquarters.

I managed the spectrum for the exercises.

I managed the cyber and information security issues at the headquarter

2012-2014: Turkish Navy Research Centre Command, Istanbul/Turkey, Title: Planning & Project Coordination Branch Head

I managed the planning and coordination of Turkish Navy Research Centre’s projects.

I developed and implemented a new organizational structure to increase the efficiency of the organisation and managed the human resources for the centre.

2005-2012: Turkish Navy Research Centre Command - Electronic Warfare (EW) Group - Istanbul/ Turkey, Title: Chief EW Research Engineer

Led a $15M infrastructure project establishing an RF (Radio Frequency) screened for the tests of electronic support system of Sea Hawk helicopters.

Managed the $1M project that established the first infrared signature measurement facility for the Turkish Navy, and later led all the infrared measurements and analysis of naval unites.

Prepared the technical specifications part of a national harbour protection system, evaluated the proposals and joined its acceptance tests (budget of $50M).

Evaluated the technical specifications of the national anti-surface missile development project as EW expert.

Led the acceptance tests of RF Simulator.

Participated in and coordinated NATO EW trials.

Active member representing Turkey for the NATO SET 088/RTG51 NATO Littoral Infrared Ship Self Defence Technology Studies Working Group.

2004-2005: Defence Research and Development Canada-Radar Electronic Warfare Group, Ottawa, ON/Canada, Title: Research Engineer

I worked as team member on the Ship Integrated Sensors and Weapon Systems (SISWS) project.

I led the activity on hard-kill kill assessment for which I developed and implemented the algorithms in MATLAB.

1999-2004: Turkish Navy Research Centre Command-Electronic Warfare Group, Istanbul/ Turkey, Title: System Support Team Head

I developed tactics/techniques for chaff and flare systems of the S70B Sea Hawk helicopters.

Tested chaff and infrared decoy systems of fast patrol boats proposed solutions to problems identified.

I planned coordinated and implemented NATO EW (electronic warfare) trials.

1993-1997: Turkish Frigate TCG YAVUZ (F-240), Kocaeli/Turkey, Title: Combat Information Centre Officer
