• Directed the engineering, operation and administration of Comcast Cable Business Class Metro-Ethernet network consisting of Cisco Systems, Juniper Network and Ciena hardware and software. MEF 3.0 certified, the network consists of EPL/EVPL/EVPLS circuits which provide Comcast Business customers either point-to-point or multi-point high-speed(Gigabit) network connectivity. The Metro-Ethernet Network also provides Cellular Backhaul (CBH) services for ISPs such as Verizon, Sprint and T-Mobile.

Reduced OPEX by 40% under my administration via contract renegotiations and technology innovations. Managed data network service providers (Sprint/AT&T/Verizon). • Spearheaded development and launch of ITIL framework. Developed schemas and worked on implementation of CMDB using REMEDY application. Defined impact and urgency policies for network assets to define prioritization and target recovery OLAs. Improved customer management and reduced incident mean time to repair (MTTR).
• Initiated development and implementation of VPN overlay network at EY LLP for sixteen (16) Caribbean locations which saved over $2M annual OPEX.
• Guided transformation from Sprint based ATM network to AT&T MPLS network which provided a class of service infrastructure permitting end-to-end IP Voice, Video and data with Quality of Service (QoS) at several office locations. Monitored QoS performance via Computer Associates (CA) NETQoS tool.
