oFrequents site visits to ensure the plant’s normal operation and to supervise preventive maintenance activities.

oPlanning and execution of Shutdown maintenance as per stipulated running hours of the plant.

oSpare parts planning and purchase planning along with inventory follow up.

oMan power management and expense management at all four plants (Weekly/Monthly)

oKPI and availability reporting of the plant operation to the customer, cause and analysis reporting for parameters not achieved.

oPlant improvement activities planning and execution.
