PRESENT JOB RESPONSIVILITY:-

Responsible for in-warding the materials from supplier and vendor after having ensured correct supporting documents.

Responsible proper unloading of materials on pallets or locations.

Follow up to get disposition of GRN done on time.

Quality inspection of the inward material.

Tracking of material from our warehouse to avoid the line stoppage

Responsible to disposition GRN to finance for payment purpose.

Coordinate for co interact and resolve with other deptt for any issue related to material and stores.

Coordinate with material and production dept. and provide the stock level information.

Periodically declare none/ Slow Moving /Obsolete / Surplus items to all concerned at the time of Physical Inventory.

Ensure all the Bins / Pallets / Racks having materials are labeled / tagged with part number and description of the material.

Maintain FIFO system and monitoring categorizing moving and nonmoving, obsolete, warranty and expired material periodically.

Responsible for stacking norms, storage condition, preservation of material of handling and other conditions with respect to the systems and procedure controlled.

Periodical stock verification by cycle count, monthly, quarterly and year ending audits in addition to everyday monitoring Physical.

Periodically review on stock in terms of conditions, availability, space constraints, manpower and material handling equipment etc.

Ensure material availability at the time feeding of material to line.

Issuing Material with the help of an existing team as per plan.

Management of the Stores team.

Identification, preservation, material handling and movement’s method of unloading etc.

Keeping accountability of all the material coming and out of the production floor.

Responsible for accountability for production and supplier rejection.

Responsible for inventory of the material in case discrepancy found in production.

Handling all the activities of the Stores & Materials Management.

Making all packing lists & cargo marking for containers dispatch for Export.

See quantity in containers dispatching time who in purchase orders.

See all containers stuffing loading time.
