Within the past year I moved over to the Business Support group and my duties included customer service related tasks such as sending e-mails to Business Support Representatives across the country to solve issues and problems. I also processed credit card payments online, processed financial aid, made adjustments to errors in the Cure and CRM database, received calls from customers and colleagues and provided backup to fellow team members when they were out of the office. Before I left the Association, I created an in depth coding guide for my co-workers to process payments from our annual summer camp. I received a 10 year anniversary reward in August 2016 for stellar work.
