Hired by Shooters Security Services, Incorporated on May 2008 as House Officer at Holiday Inn Manila Galleria and acting as assistant Patrol Officer in the behalf of the Patrol Officer .Start rendered Services at Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria on May 2013 up to present.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

GUEST FLOOR ROVING:

Monitors the activities of the hotel’s guests/visitors and employees at assigned guest floors and keeps a record of the following events for reference:

Room Attendant on duty (room being cleaned and time period)

Room Service, Engineering, Front office and laundry staff inside the guest rooms Contractual workers working in the guest floors.

Ins and Outs of the guests in the guests rooms (indicates if the guest has companion and /or carrying anything.

Closely monitor the visitors of in-house guests after the visiting period. Advises visitor (especially unescorted lady visitors) to proceed to Front Desk to verify with the guest if the latter is expecting visitors. Politely asks the visitors his/her name and the guest room number he/she wants to visit for the records purposes.

Ensures that no person uses the fire exit except for the hotel’s authorized personnel. Politely informed the hotel guest that the fire exits are only for emergency purposes.

Closely monitor guests on “full watch” status. If the guest seems to be leaving the hotel (e.g., with luggage’s),politely informs and escorts guests to Front Desk to settle his/her bills.

Renders immediate assistance to guests on matters involving safety and security of their belongings.

Responds immediately during emergencies or crisis situations. Stays on post in case of emergencies and guides/directs guests to the stairways (restrains guests from using elevator in case of fire).

Records and reports to superior/s any violation of house rules and regulations committed by hotel employees and visitors.

Performs other duties as may be required by his superior/s.

Previous Employment:

Joined Shooters Security Services, Incorporated since August 12, 2006 as a Security Guard and detailed at DIAMOND HOTEL, Roxas Boulevard Malate, Manila. As a returned for effort and services rendered for work done I entitled to become a House Detective until I resigned and transferred to another client.
