AV/IT PM in Global Workplace Services, Facilities Manager-Soft Services: Area of responsibility 850000 sq. ft,6 building, approximately 120 conference and video collaboration rooms, 1 theatre, and café AV/IT related projects.

Supervised team of seven employees, subcontractors and workers per project.

Facilities management software CMMS, specifically modified for JCI use.

Project Manager beta tests to globally standardize Agilent Technologies AV platform. Conference build’s designed to save the customer several minutes per meeting setup. This was accomplished by reassessing AV/IT usage and design, furniture and space, uncovering needs and possible answers. Projects were generally 3-12 room at one time. Each room was usually completely refitted. Budget $85,000-$1,000,000 AV/IT,

Changed out all analog Security devices for IP and solar Security devices
