Ltd., Hyderabad: Presently working as an Executive– Production Planning & Inventory Control, Procurement, reporting to Senior GM- Plant from Aug, 2017 to till now. Sigachi is one of the largest manufacturer & Exporter of Micro Crystalline Cellulose & Co-processed Excipients, having 3 plants in India, Hyderabad & Gujarat. It is an ISO 9001: 2015, FSSC 22000 certified company.

Executive– PPIC in South India Krishna Oil & Fats Pvt. Ltd., Nellore: Worked as an Executive– Production Planning & Inventory Control with a team of 4 members, and reporting to GM– Plant (India Head in Operations) from Aug, 2015 to July, 2017. SIKOF is Edible Oil Manufacturing Industry, sister concern of Musimmas Group of Companies, having 3 plants in India. It is an ISO 22000: 2005 certified company. Responsibilities:

Reviewed and analyzed monthly production plan against target volume against capacity and resource.

Day wise management reports preparation, yield calculations & consumption of raw materials.

Complete status reports for production progress, work in process, raw material inventory, packaging materials & accuracy of product data for finished product.

Develop and maintain Bill of Materials for all production processes.

Develop internal production plans that support the inventory plan.

Maintaining optimal stock levels to ensure timely availability of products.

Follow-up as required with all teams to expedite flow of materials and documents to meet production schedule.

Negotiating and procuring the Factory Fixed Assets.

Work closely and proactively with purchasing to establish and maintain inventory levels that support the factory build schedule.

Coordinate with marketing, logistics, production and sales departments for the movement of Bulk and finished Good.

Responsible for preparation of accounting reports for the end of month (overheads, costing, inventory, Key Parameters Analysis, consignment, raw materials, & scrap).

Review sales forecasts, customer demands, and schedule production batches based on inventory levels and production lead times.

Organizing physical stock verification & stock audit.

Down Time Management.

Maintaining all Records and Files.

Working Skills:

Inventory Control: Specialization in all Inventory related transactions – receipts, storage, issues, WIP right up to the dispatch of Finished Goods.

Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills for forecasting productivity and quality of product.

Item Codification Logic: Good Knowledge of all the materials consuming in the Plant.

Co-ordination: Excellent coordination with allied departments.

ERP skills: Key user of SAP and RPC (Refining process control). Knowledge of all major modules of SAP.

Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
