PROJECT REPORT

CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSMISSION

A continuously variable transmission (CVT), (also known as single-speed transmission, gearless transmission, stepless transmission, variable pulley transmission, or in case of motorcycles, a twist-and-go) is an automatic transmission that can change seamlessly through an infinite number of effective gear ratios between maximum and minimum values. This contrasts with other mechanical transmissions that offer a fixed number of gear ratios. The flexibility of a CVT allows the input shaft to maintain a constant angular velocity.

Responsible for analysis of customer complaints.

Interacted with different supplier for failure analysis report for components.

Trained new employees according to standard operating procedures within the test engineering groups.

Ensure Quality of incoming material &giving feedback to vender for up-gradation of incoming material.

Analysis for Internal Quality Problem.

Responsibility for Layout Inspection as per standard of Two Wheeler & Four Wheeler Part.

Preparation of P-PAP, QA reports .and internal document.

Maintain daily LINE PPM & SRV PPM.

Quality meeting with Suppliers & prepare M.O.M.

Preparation of QPR, 4M,Countermeasure.
