Design and develop a prototype for measuring Environmental And Health Parameters using HINT meter-

This project makes use of HINT meter which comprises of four different sensors humidity, light, noise and temperature sensors data converts stimuli into electrical signals the electric signals are converted into voltage output .The analog signals are converted into digital output using analog to digital converter. The project focused on emerging technological developments and trend in sensing, data and analysis in maintaining ergonomic conditions by observing relatively coarse temperature about immediate surroundings.

Labour Productivity studies in a leather garment manufacturing unit- This project focuses on the use of Industrial engineering tool such as Process study, Value Stream Map, Ergonomics and Smart Draw Software to analyse the ergonomic risk factors through questionnaire survey and videography. By measuring productivity and Value stream map usage different waste elimination were suggested adding to 30% improvement.
