●Designed and developed Service Order Scheduling software package that allowed the creation and handling of Service Orders for different business units in one package. (Visual Basic, ADO, Windows API.
●Developed conversion tools that converted legacy xBase data to normalized MS-Access databases.
●Designed and developed OUPS Database. This tool automatically parses Outlook emails sent to the client for Dig requests (from OUPS), inserts them into an underlying database that I developed screens to maintain, graph, search, and report from.
