Monitor daily vessel schedule.

Monitor daily weather forecast.

Assist tugboat dispatch and coordinate to other ports (Batangas, Subic, Bataan, and Masiloc)

Prepare billing of our communication charges.

Check daily work of radio operators and their daily schedule.

Serving as duty officer during Sunday and Holidays.

Prepare billing charges of Satellite Communications.
