In charge in MTSC required permit, renewal license of our coastal station, Ship Station License tug boats, Ferrying permit, Registration of radio log book and Master radio operator license.
Monitor daily radiogram message of our tugboat and their movement.
Monitor daily vessel schedule.
Monitor daily weather forecast.
Assist tugboat dispatch and coordinate to other ports (Batangas, Subic, Bataan, and Masiloc)
Prepare billing of our communication charges.
Check daily work of radio operators and their daily schedule.
Serving as duty officer during Sunday and Holidays.
Prepare billing charges of Satellite Communications.
